A turn card score keeper in view of the camera at the end of the table would be a simple inexpensive way to do it without adding graphics to the screen.
And you you don't have to worry the score is always correct because players them selves are keeping score

I know that XSplit Broadcaster is the program that many people use
I am pretty sure Xsplit has a free version

Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) is a widely used software application for streaming. I have used it on both Windows & Linux based computers. There is a learning curve, especially if you have never done any broadcasting before. There are plenty examples on youtube showing you how it can be used.
