Loctite Epoxy Bonder for Delrin?

If you thread Delrin, any good epoxy will hold it b/c all it's doing is filling the gaps between the threads. Cut 4 vertical slots on the top about 1/4 of the length, to overkill it from spinning.
I've used West 206 and DP-460 and none have given me trouble.
I've even used it as a collar as mock-up and it held.

Hey Guys,

I know the popular wisdom is that Delrin cannot be glued. Loctite claims to have a product "Epoxy Plastic Bonder" that they specifically list Delrin as a candidate material.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks

Gary

I've never used it but when it first came out some people tried it and the consensus seemed to be was that it was a disappointment. Atlas carried it for a while but I believe they dropped it from their line of products.
