There was obviously a sticker here. I thought shape pointed to Adam, but could find none with that sort of label in that size. I don't think bumper looks Adam either. Any thoughts?

If it is a logo sticker I would agree.
Back in the 90s I bought a new Huebler cue. It had a square sticker in the same place that just had the model number and price on it. I took it off right after buying it and cleaned off any residue. As the years went by, the buttcap yellowed a bit but like in the posted picture, where the sticker had been it is still white! You'd think that would be the case if you had left the sticker on it for a very long time and everything around it faded or yellowed but not when the sticker came off right away and it looked fine then! Weird!

Was wondering if shape would click with someone who may of had whatever brand this is. Definitely not much curb appeal. A wrap would go a long way.

Yep its an old Huebler.

Some old Palmer cues had stickers as well from the 60s - from what I have seen. Of course, this cue here is not a Palmer- but I did once own a cue like this and it very well could have been a Huebler - was not Asian from Taiwan -

I had an Orchid (spelling) that had that exact ring work. That exact style also. Brian.

Most(all?) Orchids had the name spelled out and not a sticker. does look like same rings. pretty typical of taiwan cues of the time.

never seen a huebler with a metal shaft insert. all had a synthetic insert. its asian sourced cue, most likely kao kao or other taiwan shop.
Have not seen metal in shafts or that type bumper with huebler. Hopefully cue is worth the $100 for wrap, bumper, and tip. Hunches will get better over time, but thinking wrong on this one.

That is correct. It did have Orchid on the butt cap. Cue played nice too. Brian.

its a good basic player. nothing to write home about. just use it.

Yep. If it turns out to be a good basic cue. I have winning bid (so far with a day to go) at $30.00. $20.00 shipping.
Thinking enough knowns out there that i don't need to mess with unknowns.
