Hi guys,

I said this in another post, but wanted to put it up on the review part of the forum for a better response.

I've heard a lot of rave reviews about how Steve's JB cues jump, and it sounds like they are second to none.

I'm wondering if somebody could tell me how they break, as for me, that's just as important.

Thanks!

Dakota,
I have spent numerous hours in the shop with Steve watching and learning the ropes. I can tell u that the time and workmanship that Steve puts into his break, jump, and players is unsurpassed. I have one of his cues and I wouldn't sell it simply because of the feel and balance is unique. And by the way his break cues hit as solid as u will find and u can't lose $ on steve's cue's! Hope this helps u in your decision making!

Thanks Shane.

I think so many players just got the jump cue that the JB cue hasn't seen much play. It sounds like he makes an awesome cue so I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

Lomax JB

During the TAR Show Reno 10-ball , 9 ball and 8 ball Last wk I heard the Steve Lomax BC mentioned , more than a few times. I think Stevie Moore had 1. And Rocket Cues had Glen Atwell playing with his cue. You guys could support TAR and buy some tapes of the matches- and listen to the commentary of the players cues. Always very interesting. Ask the Benke Brothers about their break cue and (weight), speed is power. Then there's Shane who insists on breaking with the playing cue- same tip(speed easyier to control- powerful stroke is key

Waiting

Hi, i read about steve´s breakcue and when I saw this

http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=132857&highlight=steve+lomax

I decided to put my old Falcon J/B to rest and order one jumpcue and one break cue.

Mine (jumpcue black) will have a nice redwood burl handle and brass rings the rest will look the same. Can´t wait to get it:smile:

I will of course send you some pics when I get it.

Have a nice weekend everyone!!
