ALL PLAYERS PLEASE NOTE:
At this event, players will be allowed to sign-up for one
division only. This will minimize players’ wait time and
expedite matches, allowing the event to end at a decent
time each day. Players will no longer be made to wait on
other players who are competing in both divisions, in turn
holding up the event. This will also allow for some match
times to be implemented.
Unfortunately, there will not be a ladies event
on Sunday. With an ideal 64 in the Open and Amateur
divisions, this will allow us to bring back 16 from each
division on Sunday, with a table for every match except
for (2). We are paying “Top Lady” in each division.
There will be a Gulf Coast Women’s Regional
Tour 9-Ball Event on October 19th, 2013 at Skinny Bob’s
Billiards. Please visit www.facebook.com/gulfcoasttour for
more information or email gulfcoasttour@gmail.com.
Changes for this event have been implemented for
the pool room, its staff, the players, and the Tour.
With these remedies in place, players will be able
to enjoy more playing, less waiting, and ending
at a decent time on both nights. In turn, this will
allow the pool room staff to dismantle at a decent
hour and close in a more timely fashion.
