On the road again, Just can't wait to get on the road again.

After 9 months I am moving again (Promoted!!). The dog and I are packing up the audi and heading to Bowling Green, KY. I made alot of friends here in Tri-Cities (and lost alot of cash). So I am positive I will be missed.

Joking aside, Thanks to Scotty, Janet (Borderline Billiards - How can you go wrong with a pool room that has a sofa), Harold, Dennis, Edwin, Steve, Big-Un, Dwight, Justin, Shag, Mike Adams, James King, Darryl, Vicki and Gary (Breaking Tradition - Best Double elimination - race to 3 Sunday tournament on the planet - They even let me put my own CD in the jukebox), Everyone at Shooters Family Rec - Abingdon, VA - Borderline Billiards - Bristol, TN - Breaking Tradition - Kingsport, TN.

Everyone made me feel right at home and it is much appreciated

Think of how exciting it is going to be to lose your money to a completely new group of people.:D

Good luck moving. Call me when you get your new #.

Mark, We're sort of close to Bowling Green. We're 65 miles away in Greensburg. We do visit BG often and Landon practices at Cuetime on Sundays as that is the only day jr players can enter.

Cuetime was built by Jimmy Hodges around 1980 or so. Jimmy blueprinted the room after the Varners' Rack and Cue in Owensboro and added some nice upgrades. I am sure we'll be seeing you some when we visit.

Actually, there is a lot of history in that room. John Edwards, Nick Varner Rodney Cowan, Jimmy Reed , Steve Gumphrey, Truman Hogue, Bob Dickerson, Ray Schultz, Eddie Adams, Jay Swanson and many others........home of the KY Open in 1985 with the winner being Kim Davenport. I won against Louie Lemke in that tourney 11 to 10, lost to Rusty Brandymier,11 to 9, won against Paul Campbell, 11-4 and lost to Kim Davenport 11-3. Jimmy promoted some very good tourneys there.

I'd like to see history repeat itself. There is good management there and perhaps one day some good tourneys can return to that venue....It's a great room.

Looking forward to seeing you there.

Stan
