Looking for a 3 cushion cue

I am looking for a 3 cushion cue for a friend of mine.
Specs: weight aroung 18-19oz (510-540gram) 1 or 2 shafts 11.5-12mm
new or in good condition and the cue to be straight.
Price from $200-400 I woluld prefer someone with a paypal account for these one..

I made this same thread a little while ago. If you do a search for it, you can see what people offered me. I'm still deciding on a 3 cushion cue.
 
I'll second the Kilby suggestion. I have a Kilby pool cue; he specializes in carom, however. His website is www.caromcues.com. He's a great guy to work with and makes a high quality cue.

I have seen his site before I started these thread but he doesn't have something available in the desirable weight and price range.
Anyway thanks for the suggestion..
