Looking for a Cue Maker in tennessee

Looking for a cue maker by the last name of Hand, i think he's in Chatanooga. I meet him in a pool hall in Huntsville on night and he gave me his website but apparently I remember it wrong because I can't find the site anywhere. he also said he was a BCA registered coach but I tried to find him that way and they said he was no longer active and they could not give out the info anymore.
 
i live in Tn and can't think of anyone with that name.in Chatt there is a guy that makes cases named Hagar,and he might have made a cue or two also.not sure.
