Looking for a decent cue below $400

Hi guys..

looking for a plain jane with leather wrap .. .price below 400 would be great !
something simple.. nothing fancy... but with medium hit. (can't handle hard/stiff hitting cue) .. and wood-to-wood joint as well

and cue has to be able to shipped to singapore...

any help ?
