Wanted to buy a book that explains the diamond system

Hi Lencho,

there many many diamond systems- -
If you re interested in any kind of systems the books and dvd s from Walt Harris are what you are looking for. He sells 4 different (iir 2 books and 2 dvd s).

If its just about pool related stuff (anyway most are just converted from carom to pool), i would say there at least 2 systems you should look for:

corner five system ( converted from 3-cushion system from Vingerhoed/Ceulemans)- works pretty fine on a pooltable.

and furthermore a 2 rail-kicking system (also in the book from Raymond Ceulemans-- it s called "Mr. 100" iirc. here the above named systems are explained extemly detailed. Just worth the money, if you would also play 3c for example. Not really cheap ^^):

About corner five system and *+2 System* you ll find some versions on the internet.

If you really know these systems-and worked with them hard, they will help your game for sure. Furthermore you need, what everyone needs: practice time/table time and your own references, too.

have a smooth stroke.

Get Robert Byrne's first two books, Standard and Advanced...dirt cheap or free at the library and has all the basics to get started.

A book I found useful is "Win at Pocket Billiards" by Desmond Allen. Found it at my library. It had a few systems I hadn't seen before. There are a couple descriptions that aren't crystal clear, but if you work with it at the table, you eventually figure out what he's trying to say.

Joe villapanda makes two DVDs his diamond system DVD has kids from 8 to 16 hitting every all on table no matter where he puts it. Very easy to learn very informative DVD worth every penny
