Looking for a good mechanic in MN

Looking for a mechanic in MN to put new rubber on my rails. Its a Gabriels Signature Pro. Right now they are shimmed to 4 1/4. I would like them to be about 4 3/8 without shims and reject balls that hit the rail first.

Where are you in minnesota? Are you in a big hurry to have this done. I am asking this because i may be up that way for a ice tournament.
