Looking for a heated carom table

I'm helping my brother locate a used Verhoeven carom...or comparable 5'x10' table in Florida.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you know the approx. age of your President?
Are there any cracks in any of the 3 slates?
Are all 3 heating boxes operational and can the temperature be regulated?
Are the cushions original? Are they still lively?
Are you including cloth and balls? If so, what kind are they?
Can you send along some pictures?
