Anthony Meglino is a great player that is local to the area.I have seen him play at Corner Pocket Billiards in Oakland Park,Fl when I worked there. He is a frickin machine, and I can't remember the last time that I saw him miss. Also,if you go to Corner Pocket, you will probably see John Foster, one of the owners that picks up a cue and runs 200 balls in straight pool,or will break and run 10-12 racks on you in 9 ball. Its a nice room, non smoking with Gold Crowns,Simonis cloth and some of the tables have shimmed pockets, around 4 inches.Hell you may even see me there trying to run out, lol.Enjoy Pembroke Pines, and have a great time playing down here.Oakland Park is around 25 minutes to a half hour from Pembroke Pines. If you go to Corner Pocket Billiards, definitely tell them that I sent you.Tell them Marc Sticks or Marc " the alarm guy" sent you.I installed the security cameras for the owners, when I was the day time manager. They have a special too,9 bucks from 11 AM till 6 and there is a Primanti Brothers Italian Restaurant next door with real good pizza.
