Looking for a striped cue ball for drills

Does such a thing still exist? I can't find any for sale online. Bonus points if it matches Aramith Super Pro's (size and tolerances.)

There's seven of them in every set of American Pool Balls.

I like the Elephant Set.
For a Cue Ball I like the simpler ones.
The ones with all the lines is very confusing.
Just hit in between the markings for the other quadrants.
