Hello,

I am looking for a Tad cue.

Can anyone assist?

I prefer:

1. Ivory ferrules and joint (maybe even phenolic)
2. Weight as close to 19 .ozs as possible
3. Condition as original as possible

Thanks, in advance for any help provided.

Have a Nice Day!

Try J and J America cues on the web. They are Tad's only dealer. I doubt you'll find an ivory-jointed Tad. From what I heard, he doesn't like to use ivory for joint material and uses phenolic instead.

Hi Martin,

Thanks, for the info. I have seen some of the older Tads with ivory joints but not many newer ones with ivory joints.

I would actually prefer an older Tad because the butt designs and veneers personally are more appealing to me.

I wonder why he doesn't like to use ivory for the joints? I' sure Mr. Kohara knows best.

I will give J&J a call again. I tried to contact them once before and the converstion was not very pleasant, the person I spoke with didn't seem very willing to answer my questions.

Thanks again and Happy Fathers Day (if U R a Dad)!

Hi,
I have five new Tad cues, all are around 19oz. All have s.s. joint. Come with
2-13mm shafts. 2 are plain. one Birdseye Maple the other Zebra wood. The third is a plain 4 point ebony with verneers. The forth is a fancy 4 pointer with
verneers. The fifth is a fancy 8-pointer no verneers. All are in unplayed condition.
Thank you,
The "Bushwhacker"

Hi Bushwacker,

I would love to take a look at those cues. Where are U located? I'm in LA, CA.

If U like please pm or email: me some pictures and prices.

Looking forward to checking out the cues. Happy Father's Day (if you are a father).

Have a Nice Day!
