Made it a couple years ago, works great and cost not even $20. A commercial ball cleaner goes for big bucks and does it no better.

I had a home-made rig for about a year. Then I ran into a used Ball Star on Craigslist. Like night and day. Most of the time I only use a water spray and the balls come out just like new. Some of the best pool money I've spent. Keep looking, it's well worth it.
