I do have a wrapless cue that has 4 floating points and has 2 shafts. One shaft is 11mm the other is 13mm. 3/8x10 pin and The weight is 19.7 ounces. The cue is not perfect it has a few scratches and a couple of dings but it is a very nice cue overall and especially if you want 11mm ferrule. I can't be 100% sure but it looks like it might be iv inlays. The cue was made by Bobby Reynolds who I think is out of Arkansas and I am not sure when it was made. Let me know if you are interested.
