Looking for Adam carom cue ferrule

Hi,
I'm looking for a ferrule for my Adam carom cue. Can you show me where to find it? Actually, I really don't know what model my cue is. Is there any way to determine Adam cue? thank so much
 
who is going to do the replacement?

I would think that anybody who could do it properly would be able to come up with the ferrule.

You may want to consider finding someone in the 'Ask the Cuemaker' section of AZB to whom you can send your shaft to have it done properly.
