I had only seen pictures of QJ47 and it looks really nice. It would be appreciated if someone can give me practical feeling of playing with this cue. Of course, price info is also important for me. Thanks in advance!

It plays no different than other mcdaniels. I sold one a few months ago.

I owned a 47I, the I is because it had a Ivory joint. If a cue was made for J and J the model had a J in it. If you ordered a cue from Bill Mcdaniel direct, the J was not used, (just for your info.). I played with 47I for 2 years. As said before it will play like any other Bill Mcdaniel Cues. Only difference is the joint material.

You can't order a Mcdaniel cue 47j or 47I Mr. Bill Mcdaniel is retired from cue making.
