Looking for chalk holder rubber piece

Does anybody know where I can find just the black rubber chalk holder and chain link so I can make my own chalk holders? It seems nobody sells just those pieces but there must be a supplier. The pic is basically what i want as far as the actual holder and chain goes. Thanks for the help!

Its just a square vinyl cap. Youll need to make the attatchment yourself. If you dont want to go the manufacturing route, buy the cheapest pocket chalkers you can find and cannibalize them.
