Looking for Custom Cue Builder – Ebony Butt with Kangaroo Wrap

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to have a simple custom butt built to pair with a carbon fiber shaft (Radial pin). I want an ebony forearm and butt sleeve, with a full kangaroo leather wrap if possible (ideally all the way down to the butt cap or close). Target weight around 16–16.5 oz for the butt.

I’ve read great things about kangaroo leather wraps and would love to find someone experienced with working with it, or at least open to using it.

Open to builders anywhere in the U.S. I’d appreciate any recommendations for cue makers you’ve worked with, or any feedback if you’ve had a kangaroo wrap installed before.

I've seen a good amount of Phillippis with kangaroo wraps.

It’s best to find an ebony on ebony cue and send to a cue guy to wraps it rather than find both ebony and kangaroo wrap. From my perspective, it’s a much much easier way to go.

I would think Chris Hightower would be familiar with Kangaroo

you may want to buy the wrap if you can find it then give it to the cuemaker of your choice who builds the cue
just a thought

I know I've seen alot of goldrush cues with kangaroo wraps.
