My first thread about a billiard bizzare generated a great deal of suggestions and comments. Some public, but most private.
The event details have been refined and the traveling sales event has been given a name. The East Coast Billiard Exchange.
This is a room hosted buy-sell-trade event that includes sales, mini tourneys, food, and on site repairs.
The basics from my prior post are pretty detailed. The bottom line is that the room makes money on every sales, and handles all of the money. THIS IS NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT TRUNK SALES.
The first event is locked in at the Atlantic City Billiard Club on Sunday November 22, and others are in the works.

I am looking specifically for rooms along the east coast. Florida to Mass. I will travel inland into PA. It is preferrable to host an event on a Sunday.
Since it is in both of our interests not to run events in the same market area on consecutive weekends, scheduling to aviod market area conflicts is going to restrict availability.
IE. November 22 is in South Jeresy, the next event should be Virginia or further south. I would not come back to the Philly-South Jersey area for 3 months.
