Isn't that similar to the custom Joss Shane Van Boening got when he was a kid? The block letters are basically the same just spelling "SHANE" instead of "JOSS". Maybe they are from the same era. I am far from being an expert though...

Had a friend who had one like it. I believe it was about $550 retail new about 15 years ago
