We operate a small cue repair shop here in Ontario Canada. Maybe this chart will help everyone with their "tip choices" and related harnesses. All measured using a 14MM tip.

Sniper: Medium 66.9 (What I use IMO the best)*******
Talisman WB Tips: Medium 74.7, Hard 83.2
Kamui II: Soft 69.6 - Medium Soft 71.3 - Medium 75 - Hard 81.9
Molavia: Soft 66.6 - Medium 73.5 - Hard 80.9
Tsunami: Medium: 75.8, Hard: 82.4
Moori III; Hardness rating: Soft: 63.8 Medium: 74.2 Hard: 82.7
Wizard: Medium 75.7 - Hard 80.3
Traditional (Punched Leather tips)

************I use the sniper, didn't think I would like it because at first it had a distinct sound (so to speak) but after giving it a chance ( approx 2 weeks) it "broke in" nicely. I don't think I would go back to any other tip including the moori, especially due to certain knock offs being pawned on ebay. We did encounter this and the person did get suspended.
