Looking for "Mike the Turk"

This fellow lived in Salt Lake City for a handful of years in the 1980's. Good player, don't remember his last name but, his first name was Mike he was Turkish and liked the nickname "Mike the Turk". He left Salt Lake to live in New York or Baltimore.
I know it's a long shot but, I would like to contact him.
