i was not talking about you, i was talking about phil. we made a deal thursday for $450. he sent me his address for payment. he then sent me a pm that i could pay pal him the money on tuesday or send money order now,meaning friday am. i got that pm at 7:17 am friday. we had a deal on thursday. so if i would have sent the money order on friday like he wanted, i guess i would be out the cash to??? thats a snake thing to do. apparently i am not the only one. if anyone doesn't believe me , i have the dated and time pms. can't believe some people. then it's not even a sorry or nothing. no answer to my pm's until i post a thread looking for him. didn't want to air it but other people should be aware. i even have the pm where he says to contact nick to buy it as he sold it to him. class act. class act.

as long as there are no flaws and finish is good, we got a deal.

When you say "no flaws" this cue was made in 1984 and is in exeptional condition, new cues have minute flaws

i know. i just meant no damage. giant gouge or ding. thats all. i understand normal use. if you said it is like new, mint then i'am sure it's fine.

I deceided to not sell this cue (because of it's age, it's a used cue for all those years) to anyone who had not seen it in person first, it's my cue I can do anything I want to it, now make a big deal about it in public if that's what you intended to do.

My add was truthful & straight forward with pictures and you still questioned the cues condition, so I traded it to someone who saw it in person and examinded it to their hearts content, I didn't want to ship it then hear about it's flaws, hell it's a 20 plus year old cue. As I said my cue, my decision to do with it as I please, I 'm glad I didn't sell you the cue as this public message is worded like I was ducking you purposly. Why is it a public message at all? Are you doing a service, telling others I may change my mind in selling a 20 some year old, sub $500 cue?

Oh and Bogey since you use any chance you can to publicaly smear me, grow up, get over it, small minds think small thoughts....

why

the reason i posted was you were in the forums twice after i tried to contact you, and no reply. i thought if you saw a post it would get your attention, and it did. the reason is, you told me to send you $450 . so if i would have sent money order instead of waiting til tuesday per your message, i would have had cash in the mail. i contacted you and said i might as well do it by pay pal as i couldn't get to the bank and get it out before monday. after i send you a pm telling i'll just wait til tuesday, then all of a sudden, i got rid of the cue. the whole point is you said send the money and then i contacted you. it would have been real nice if i sent the check and waited for a week or so for the cue, then i could have replayd this whole post. it just pissed me off that you made a deal ,asked for money and then sold it to someone else. because i had commited to buying your cue, i missed a purchase on another. wouldn't anyone else be a little pissed? oh well, atleast i'am not out any money. better luck in the future. no hard feelings, well maybe some.:(

I am Just tired of a lot a people's attitude here at a drop of a hat ( not Buck's) I have about a week of unfinished buisness to take care of and then I don't care to ever come here again............

I don't think anybody's asking anyone to leave the forums.

From what I can tell, Buck15 says you guys had made a deal....and that he was going to pay by the method you requested, at a time agreed upon by you both. The fact that you sold the cue to somebody else is your business...although it's apparent that Buck didn't think that was right...as would most folks in the same circumstance. Questions from Buck or not (and it looks as though he was just double-checking all the info so he was sure what he was paying for), an agreement was made.

Yes....your cue....your business. But why make a deal with someone, then not allow them the chance to follow through?

Buck - I think there is at least one TS sneaky floating around the Alexandria, VA area for sale. I'm pretty sure it's got a black buttcap with the TS stamp on it....and black joint collars, too. If you think you might want to check it out, let me know, and I'll call around and see if I can find the guy who owns it.

Chris is one of the COOLEST GUYS on here. PERIOD!!!!!!! I'm not saying names but someone warned me about dealing with you too. They told me you back out of almost every deal. Well, I like to give everyone a chance. And what do ya know? Burned. Not once but twice. You gave me the runaround the first time and made me lose several deals I could have had.
