Had my table recovered about 2 yrs ago . Now on one end the cloth
is getting lose .Is there a way without taking off the rails to get it to
tighten back up or should I just break it down and re stretch it ?Its

I've never done it. you can try to take off the pocket, reach in and loosen the apron wood screws, then take out the apron bolts and remove the apron, take out the rail bolts, take out the staples, stretch and restaple, then assemble. You might get wrinkles at the pockets. And I haven't done this so it might not be possible or I may have missed a step.

Matt,
You are going to need the cloth restreched. It is the only sure fire way of making it tight. BTW is the table in a humid room or climate controled?

my brother's gold crown does that it is in his garage it will be tight then loose the next time i play

that why my table is in side

the only right way to di it is take the rails off. if you just loosen then you will throw the rail off. there is play in the rail when loose and you need to set them before tightening. then check again. if not your rail will be off and one side will stick out further then the other.

if you need to set it you can look down the rail mainly near the side pocket points and made sure they are close to even

got it

Glen told me the iron trick . It seems to work and if not I will just break it
down and restretch it .
