Low end cue ID help

I've had this cue since around 2004 and curious to what it is. I'm guessing it's a lower end cue and I was told before that it might be a Player. I recently messaged someone with Player and got a response that he didn't recognize the model. Any help would be greatly appreciated. No marking on the butt. Sorry about the pictures. I have a terrible camera right now.

Decal cue. Could be anything. Probably one of 40 re branded lines across the world.

Thanks, I got it as a gift and use it as a breaker but never knew what it was. I've tried image searches, tried asking others around here and can't find a damn thing. Figured I would give you guys and gals a try even though it's not in the normal league of cues posted lol.
