I was pretty impressed. Looks like they have a lot of equipment, not entirely that low tech. Their material prep is a little crude.
I was in a Bagpipe factory in Scotland that had been in business like 400 years. While it was pretty modern today they had many of the tools that have been used there for hundreds of years. It is amazing what a good craftsman can do with minimum equipment. Kind of like a lot of guys building cues in a spare bedroom today with one of the sort of crude cue making lathes that are available..
