Like the title says, and:

1. Needs to be long as Thomas with accessory cup. Cup is not needed.

2. Prefer Thomas with lock (just in case). Can be one of those strange cases with extension. Wish I could get a long GTF -- love those interiors...

3. Cigar type, no handle, no strap preferred. Plain is good. Smooth black or burgundy leather...

4. Budget -- $200+ (Figure that nothing decent is cheaper than $175).

5. Does not need to be mint and perfect, if the price reflects condition. (this is my interim case until the ordered custom monster arrives)

Thank you for your message. I did not think I can get a longer GTF. It is terrific news! I simply love your cases and use them for my pool cues. Can you give me an idea of what a 1x2 (actually 1x1 is enough) Crinkled Brown (or brown nappa) w/Lock, simple prestige ends, would cost if it is made to house a 33 inch pyramid cue with some space for joint protectors? The cue is considerably thinner at butt cup and the joint than regular pool cues, but I think your interior should still be snug enough. I do not really need an accessory cup, but if it is possible, why not...
