LTB: Hightower deluxe new style headstock

cueman@cuesmith.com, Chris will sell you a new one. I have never seen one of these for sale used and it is rare to even see one of the old ones. There are some knock offs floating around that are also rare to find. There are other options as I am sure you are aware.
1.www.cuesmith.com Chris also sells a large bore that doesn't have the rear chuck.
2.www.midamericapool.com sells a large bore without the rear chuck.
3.http://www.customcuelathes.com Bassel sells several different chucks.

Those are the only ones that I know of.
