Hi All,

I am new to this ltb thing. I am looking to buy a Southwest cue. I am looking for it to be in the 18 to 19 ounce range. Would really like it to have no wrap or one that needs to be replaced. I am looking to spend around 1800 to 2100 on it. Send me what you guys got

A few words of advice for buying a Southwest:

1) Use an escrow service that is provided here:http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=115543

2) Make sure the cue has a pin number or LOA from Southwest, lot of fakes out there

3) There are a lot of cues out there with the SW look that play just as nice for half the price.

Do a search of the wanted/forsale section. You will find many there.

Dave,

Hey, wish you would have caught us last year when we bought out that collection. If you can make it up to the Derby in a few weeks, Scott will probably have 10-15 SW cues with him.....surely a few players down around that price range.

If you come across anything, you know you can always get in touch and I'll help with advice.

I will tell you this.....it's a pretty rare to find a SW that is less than 19oz......most of them are around 19.5 and up.

Thanks Sean,

The weight thing is good to know. I will be up at Derby for the first weekend and will talk to Scott.
