Lucasi cues

This is not true. At a recent show I was next to a Lucasi dealer and we selected ten cues at random including the sneaky pete to compare. 10 of mine were from Kao Kao and the Lucasi/Players were from Hamson. The Fury/Sterling (only brands I had) were about the same or superior to the equivalently priced cues from Hamson.

As a result I picked up a nice $3000 order from that dealer who also happens to be a cuemaker.

It will be rough going to establish a line of cues in the USA that are from Asia in the $200 plus range.

Cue and Case did it with 10 years worth of double full page ads, and dedicated salespeople on the road.

If you are willing to provide the sort of investment that Jim Lucas put into establishing the Lucasi brand then you have a shot.

can you tell me the story how Jim Lucasi invested in this line?i am not familar with it,it's strange why cue and case has no website, they work with Adan,so the quality is better than other makers in china,we can be same quality on the decal cues, but their inlay is the best.

From the mid-90s continuing to today Cue and Case sales invested in full pages advertisements - often 2 per issue to promote the line. Beyond that they put a lot of effort to send someone around the country and get the cues onto shelves.

They don't need a website - they have a loyal network of dealers to move the product through.

What company do you work with?

understand, but the person from cue&case, their email address is @cueandcase.com.but i can not track this website.do their dealers also sell for other distributors?

I have an LE27 lucasi with one of the new 8 piece radial Lucasi shafts. I like it so much that I bought a spare shaft from nielsens billiards in springfield illinois. joerackum.com uniloc shaft......fabulous hit and a great bargain. stainless steel joint with the mulitpiece shaft.....how do you get a "tinny hit" out of that???? hahahaha
