Lucasi Custom Limited Edition?

Are these really custom or only just labeled as such?
Has anyone tried any of these?

"custom" implies that it was designed to the original owner specifications. I wouldn't consider these custom at all.

A Lucasi "Custom" is anything but custom. May be limited edition if there are only 25 available, but not custom.

90% of "custom" cues are really "cues you did not pick off a wall at your pool hall". Many mass market cue makers, including Joss, McD, Lucasi as you see here, make limited runs of designs. Sometimes to test the reaction to the design before making more, sometimes to make a fake market for a "limited" product. BUY NOW, IN THE NEXT 15 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ARE GONE! And then you hear that ad for the next 4 months.

I have a nice Joss Limited, it's probably worth what it was when new, mostly because it's from the 90s and has a very nice hitting shaft, but it's by no means a "custom".
