Lucasi pro cues

Hi every one, I recently purchased a Lucasi Pro cue, and I cant figure out how to change the weight bolt. the butt cap has a threaded hole, I'm assuming is for an extension, and I see no way to remove it. The plug rotates but that's it, does anyone know how to remove it?
