Measure the spindle thread diameter and pitch (Number of threads per inch) and I will see if I can make you a chuck. It usually costs between $75 and $100 for the headstock chuck. I probably have the rest of what you need also.what do you guys think of a 1982 Ludell 36" long wood lathe for sanding and can I get a 3 jaw chuck or other accesories anywhere. cannot find any info online for this lathe. thanks for your time

Thanks for that info..now I just have to get the lathe.It's a 3/4-10 solid spindle.
