Heard Lomax makes the best jump cues... Who is Lumax? Does he have a website? e-mail? How can I get a cue from him?

I think you mean Steve Lomax cues. Someone on here should be able to give you his contact info. I don't recall him having a website.

I can't say Steve makes "the best" jump Break cues, but I know he makes very good ones and they are very popular, especially in the southeast, where he, and I, are located. Alot of folks around here play his cues, and not just the Jump Breaks.
