Greetings People :p

Have anyone play/own a cue with this wood as the forearm, is it necessary to have it core ... the reason is i'm planning to ave a cue made out of dis wood, but never own nor play with it bfore ...

Also can some one suggest me with a cue maker, d ones who prefer to tailor his cue towards players rather than collector, as i am only interested in playability ...

Enlightment Plisss, any answer or suggestion would be appreciate ? Thanks

Ian

Talk to Mike Johnson who makes Jensen Cues. He makes cues for playability. His craftsmanship is excellent and the cues are reasonable for the proformance. He will not talk you into a fancy cue to make a few dollars more.

He likes making the standard traditional cues.

I have made some cues out of Striped Ebony, I have done both cored and solid. I prefer the hit of cored. Solid just hits to stiff for my liking except as a break cue.
