Mace Jump Break Cue

I bought this cue from a local pawn shop and was going to fix it up but decided to buy a different cue instead. It needs a new tip and ferrule and the but is very nicked up. The wrap is very worn also. If you replace the ferrule, tip, wrap, and refinish the butt it would be a magnificient cue.
A local cue maker Ben Cooper said he would replace the wrap and refinish the cue for $50. But you would lose the MACE name on the butt.

It is birdseye forearm and butt and all joints line up great and cue is straight.

Let it go for what I have in it. $70 plus shipping.
I can get pics but not until next week. I will also guarantee the cue is as described and if not will refund money. Almost all pool players in Charleston, SC know me.

HH, any major dings I can't steam out?

I don't believe so. It has a real thick finish on it and I believe most are just through the finish. Could be a few small indentions into the wood, but it's hard to tell.

It looks alot like this cue but of course dinged up. I think a good refinishing and it would be similiar.

You can go to macecues.com and see what he would charge to recondition the cue also. Then he could put the name back on for you.

Anyone can also call me for further info. 843 819-5859 Jimmy

Thanks Jim.
I'll replace the ferrule with a melamine one and install a black water buffalo tip.
I'll prolly rewrap it too.

Then you can sell it back to him...
