There should be (if not already one that I don't know about) a mailinglist where depending on your location, it will email you when tournaments will be and when. For example, if I live in Toronto - it will monthly remind you when there are tournament in Toronto for the next couple months along with the time.
I think this will be a good way for players to be able to attend all of them and also clarify/ notice when they will be taking place.
