This came in email from luke ritches of matchroom sport this morning after I had contacted him on monday regarding the situation with the WPC, below is the question I asked and the answer he gave:
Q. Is there any chance of having the world 9 ball championships back on our tv screens in 2010?.
A. We have now given the WPC back to the World Pool Association so no to that one.
So from the above it looks like the WPC is no more in as far as tv coverage is concerned.
