Maker of this Cue ?

Hi,
can anybody help me in finding out the maker of this cue ?
I only know it is philippine made in the metro manila area.
The inlays and points are all ivory. The inlay work is well done.
I was told the maker is named "Asucion Cue" or something
similar.
Any ideas about the maker ?
