Making a Jacoby Lighter

can a Jacoby be bored out and made lighter? anyone ever do this with theirs? i think mine is around 18.75 now, and would prefer to have it down closer to 18 oz.

anybody see any potential problems with this?

With an ss collar, you'd make it even more forward balanced.
