Since someone else is going to ask, are you planning on putting a pin straight into delrin, and also drill and tap delrin to accept a butt pin?
Making a short version of Mezz extension. Only need to cut and add a pin to some kind of material.

It's heavy. If that is what you are looking for it should work with no problem.
What other materials would be fitting. I'm an amateur with a lathe and want keep it as simple as possible
