MALI Vestra - opinions

Hope this is the appropriate forum. Wondering what the pro mechanics think about this cloth. You handle more cloth in a month than I in a lifetime. They claim it is 100% worsted. Advantages or disadvatage? tia.

Very little stretch. Probably most difficult cloth to work with if your not seasoned. Its heavy duty stuff

Agreed. I recently used it on a 7' Valley. The guy wanted Simonis but didn't want to spend the coin for Simonis. Vestra is a pain to work with. Seemed to play good while it was new, but I haven't been back to play on the table now that it's got some wear in it.

You get what you pay for in this instance, but you better have a good mechanic installing it, or you'll end up with wrinkles.
