Try going to Coronado Lanes/Paeng's at Greenbelt in Makati City. The table rate is good and there is a BIG possibility that you might chance upon professional pool players playing. I for one have seen Bata, Bustamante, Luat, Pagulayan, Andam, Orcullo, Immonen, Chamat and so many other big names in pool playing at Coronado Lanes.

c.lanes is a great place to meet the best players in Manila but the tables are poor by international standards and very close together, but still a great place. The pool hall that I found which I thought was fantastic was Rack n Roll in Malate. Some good local players if no Pro's but really nice fast tables, 11 in total over 3 floors. Good luck
 
Try BEC in Magallanes also in Makati City -- I think they have tournaments every Wednesday(9-ball) and Saturday (rotation).

Astrobowl

Do any pros still play at Astrobowl? My brothers used to go there and see pros several years back.

I agree.. that was way way back :p The place is already closed since the local government already developed the area... I believe it was in Magallanes before.
