Here is what I did for pool rooms in Arizona:

I could easily do one for the full US if I had the addresses and info of each and every place. But that would require a ton of help from people across the country.

Very nice. I would like to see one for events listed at AZ billiards or any other event with a min of $1000 1st or something. Players in your state are very lucky to have this available.

This can be done through yahoo maps.

I have done this for Shooterville.com Tournaments which you can see here, it was actually very easy if you are already doing web development.
