It's a full splice ebony butt with birdseye forearm blank made by Mark Bear. Overall length is 33-1/2" Joint dia. is .980 and at the 29" mark is 1.380" There is enough ebony at the end to even make a butt sleeve out of the end piece or cutoff some of the birdseye and turn the ebony end down to move the points more forward. This is the same way I received it and haven't done anything with it. It spins straight. The Birdseye looks better in person, it didn't capture well with the camera. I hate to sell this, but a neck injury situation dictates I have to.
