Reviews on UK Amazon are very mixed. From great to yuck. https://www.amazon.co.uk/ROSETTA-snooker-billiards-bowling-cleaner/dp/B08F7Y7MSM they tout the bacteria killing as much as anything. sounds like a generic cleaner/germ killer.

I got a copy of the label from the manufacturer that shows the ingredients. I'm assuming the Benzalkonium Chloride is the disinfecting agent and the Alcohol Ethoxylate is the cleaning agent.

apparently in Russia and China benz.chl. is used as a contraceptive. used in a lot of hand sanitizers too.
