Masters Leagues: Do they cut out the majority of issues handicapped leagues present?

that's a turn off to me if ...

You should definitely play masters. You should start working on your bar table game if you do though as all of the higher level masters league tournaments are on BBs.
Personally I think this is the worst session to start playing apa masters though unless you want to take a year getting used to it before you can try and win a trip to vegas.Masters finals for this years vegas tournament is June 19th at Shooters.

the Masters road into Vegas leads to BB's.

I wasn't aware of that. Why would they put the better players that made it to Vegas on the bar boxes? That seems arse-backwards to me. Put the SL 4's on the BB's to speed up play and let the big boys play on the big tables. :(

It sucks

I know I think it sucks too but , thats what all pool leagues play on; APA, BCA, VNEA, TAP....all leagues play their big events on BB's.

a sidenote- Regular league play can be played on the 9 foots but vegas tourney and vegas qualifiying tourney are on BB.

The only way your going to be able to compete on the big track is to play for fun, gamble, or play in regional tours.
